A weekend away to focus on your running! Whether you are a beginner, want to improve your running or have a race to prepare for, this weekend will be for you! Accommodation, all food and drink (except alcohol) and ferry ticket are included in the price. Running sessions focussing on form and technique, group runs in the lovely surrounding area, talks on injury prevention, nutrition, training plans, race preparation and much more… giving you the tools you need to achieve your running goals. We will also have a guest yoga instructor!
