Staying well during Covid 19

Hello everyone!

We hope you are all well and safe during these challenging times?  It is making us realise and re-focus on what is important and taking the situation as a good opportunity to set some goals, focus on wellbeing and appreciate the gift of time.

We are not able to do any face to face coaching at the moment, in line with government guidelines, nor are we able to do any treatments.  We are primarily guided by the government and in turn UK Athletics and the Federation of Holistic Therapists as to when we will be able to recommence.

In the meantime, we are offering on line Personal Training, and using Zoom to facilitate the sessions is proving very successful.  We are also offering nutrition consultation, including weight management, via Zoom calls or email.  We are offering these services at a reduced rate as we recognise the financial pressures during COVID 19 and are also giving free consultations, without obligation, so please contact us if you would like to take advantage of the offer. Join us too on Facebook for “lives”, chatting about running; including tips for  beginners, nutrition and all things wellbeing and caring for ourselves.

We are working behind the scenes, planning running camps and hope to share the detail with you all soon, but we want to visit some new locations to give our clients the a truly memorable and enjoyable camp.
